We use Planning Center software to support our church. Below you will find all the products we use, their purpose, links to access the software, mobile apps, and cheat sheets.

For the Congregation
The congregation uses the Church Center app as the “front end” for all the functionality enabled by Planning Center
Almost all the functionality of the Church Center app is also available through a web browser. The only thing that is not available is children’s check-in.
For Ministry Team Leaders and Volunteers
The calendar for staff and ministry team leaders to manage events, building usage, communications schedules, birthdays, anniversaries and more. All events start here before being approved for publicity.
Once approved, Calendar items publish to Church Center. This drives the “Events” tab in Church Center. If a signup is needed, create in Registrations.
The database of all people at the church and the authority for contact information and membership data.
Order of service, rehearsals and volunteer staffing for Sunday morning services
Manually count people at a service who wouldn’t normally check-in. (Mobile app only)
Planning and fundraising for international and domestic mission trips

Attendance and metrics for children, youth and adult events
Tracking of tax-deductible donations
Change the contents of the Church Center app homepage and the navigation of the app
